After completing the final project roll out for EuroPlex Cinemas in 2005, I co-founded EDCM Project Management Ltd
and later EDCM Group,serving as a joint equity partner, establishing a North London Project Managment office.

EDCM Group generated over £3.5m annual turnovers with 27 staff, delivering comprehensive turnkey development and construction services.
During these 8 years I oversaw delivery of multiple prominent projects across residential, office and commerical leisure sectors, achieveing over £100m in GDV.
